Creative Design Works owner, Cory DeBettignies, has been designing custom homes in the Twin Cities area since 2000. Before starting Creative Design Works in 2007, he had spent time working directly for 2 different builders. Though his main focus was designing plans for these builders, he took on other responsibilities within the construction process to gain a complete understanding of what it takes to build an efficient home. Today, he brings that experience and knowledge into each project. Cory will not settle for anything less that 100% customer satisfaction and because of this, Creative Design Works has grown into one of the most respected design companies in the Twin Cities, producing quality plans for builders, remodelers and private residence’s throughout the Metro Area.
